The client sends the GemFinder URL, chain, contract, visible starting count, requested votes and target dates. A token name alone is not sufficient because similarly named listings can exist; URL and contract must be reconciled first.

Delivery is documented against the accepted GemFinder page with quantity and timing. When its counter is observable, a timestamped state can be included. The report does not claim that each vote belongs to a purchaser, that visitors left the platform or that discovery persisted after the recorded moment.
